The problem did occur after we unfortunate removed the C-MOS battery from the robot, when it was OFF, it seems as it have deleted all initializing files, and come with below ERROR: ALARM 0210
MEMORY ERROR(SYSTEM CONFIG-DATA)

How do we restore the files, please advice

Hello!
I hope you made a Backup before you removed the Battery. If you have it, switch Power off, keep pushed the TOP MENU Button on the PHG and turn on Power. Push the Button till the Maintrance Menu is on the Display.
In this Mode you can restore / load the CMOS Backup (if you have one).
Maybe this can help you...
