leaking thin oil from the base on my UP50

Hi,

I have just bought a UP50, anno 2003. But there is coming a lot of thin oil out from the hole there the cables come out,

with my finger i can feel that this chamber is wery filled up with oil? is this normal?

Shouldn't there be only thick white grease in all the joints?
