  • Reis Robot star IV Kennwort.

    Hallo zusammen,
    Ich habe ein problem mit einem Robot Star IV. Der Flash-Speicher ist nicht mehr zugänglich.
    Ich habe die CPU die Knopfzellenbatterie abgeklemmt.
    Jetzt starteted das System vollständig, aber jetzt kann ich nicht mit meinem Passwort einloggen.
    Gibt es ein Standard-Passwort?

    First of all because this is my first topic on the forum, a little intro of myself.
    I'm a dutch man, just gratuated from high school and a newby in Kuka.


    I will save you guys my terrible German language, but please subscribe in
    German language that's no big deal for me.

    Now my problem, my supervisor bought an old Kuka setup (which isn't a problem).


    RC32/50 operation system (v03.02.00) Spanish language
    IR 364/10.0 3 axis


    So I've managed to get a lot of documentation about the system and I'm able
    to read out the error messages, the following errors occurred:


    256: machinendaten pruefen!
    252: xxAPT-E/A-RANG.FEHL.xx ($RC_RDY1, $ALARM_STOP, HPU_FIXED, SAFETY_SW, EM_STOP)
    262: xx machinendaten fehlerhaft


    What does it mean and how can I solve these errors? (where to find the enable list)
