Das heißt, die Eingänge miteinander verbinden? Kann man das auch offline machen?
Ich versuche es nochmals etwas besser zu erklären:
Ich habe eine KRC4 Steuerung.
Darin verbaut ist ein Beckhoff Buskoppler BK 1100 am X44, daran ist ein 16 input EL1809 und eine 16 Output EL2809 Modul gesteckt.
Der Bus an sich läuft, das kann ich in der Diagnose sehen, wenn ich einen Eingang per Rollenendschalter auf die Karte schalte sehe ich in der Eingangs Ansicht am Smartpad aber kein Signal. Die LED am Beckhoff EL1809 leuchtet aber auf.
Muss ich im Work Visual noch irgendwelche Verbindungen herstellen? Zuordnen
Die Beckhoff Karte war bislang noch nie in Betrieb.
Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Aleitung wie man die BK1100 und die EL1809/ EL2809 generell in die Steuerung einbindet.

Die Steuerung ist keine Compakt sondern der normale Schrank. An der Beckhoff ist ja nur der Busstecker und keine direkten freien E/A Klemmen an denen man einen Ini anschließen könnte.
Oder könnte man die Beckhoff mit einer solchen Klemme erweitern?
Ist bei den KUKA´s denn standardmäßig die Beckhoff verbaut? Oder gibt es auch eigene Karten von KUKA?

ich habe wahrscheinlich eine eher leichte Frage für euch.
Ich habe einen KR3 mit einer KRC4 Steuerung allerdings völligst freistehend ohne SPS und wir möchten einen Initiator als Eingang anschließen, den wir dann im Programm abfragen wollen.
Meine Frage:
Gibt es eine Karte für den Kuka an dem wir einen Ini direkt verdrahten können? Oder ist ein Anschluss in der Steuerung schon vorhanden?
Ich habe in unseren anderen KUKA´s die Beckhoff Ether Cat/ Profibus Karten gesehen, welche dann vermutlich mit der Übergeordneten SPS verbunden sind.
Und wie würden dann die Karten in die KRC eingebunden?

gibt es einen geeigneten kostenlosen Editor zum offline Programmieren von KUKA Robotern ähnlich wie bei ABB wo man sich den Editor kostenlos herunter laden kann, und wenn nicht, welchen verwendet ihr? Momentan habe ich den Orange Edit. Ich bin ganz neu mit dem KUKA Umgang, habe bisher nur ABB programmiert.

Stimmt so habe ich es heute gemacht, eine Tastatur braucht man aber nicht anschließen man kann nach der Kalibrierung einfach auf den Bildschirm tippen (2 sec.) und dann ist die Kalibrierung gespeichert.

ich hätte mal eine Frage und zwar kann man bei dem Smart Pad der KRC4 Steuerung den Touch Screen kalibrieren und kann man die Größe der Darstellung auf dem Bildschirm ändern? Und wenn ja wie wird es gemacht?

Das ist mir alles zu heikel da ich nicht genau weiss was ich da tue ich werde den Umdrehungszähler einfach immer wenn nötig wieder um ein Inkrement versetzt Kalibrieren
Das Basiskoordinatensystem drehen damit der Umdrehungszähler wieder auf dem Nonius ist ???

Folgendes Problem:
Wir haben eine Roboter IRB2400/16 bei dem die Achse 1 um ein Increment flalsch aktualisiert wurde (Umdrehungszähler)
und mit der falschen Aktualisierung wurde alles geteacht, natürlich ist jetzt nach der richtigen Aktualisierung auf dem Nonius
positionstechnisch alles falsch
Gibt es die Möglichkeit ohne alles neu zu teachen eine Kalibrierungskorrektur durchzuführen
so das wieder genau auf dem Nonius der Achse 1 aktualisiert werden kann?
Man kann den Case (Fall) auch auf FALSE oder TRUE abfragen also Testen ob ein bestimmter bool den Wert FALSE oder TRUE hat

Der Fehler war die Adressierung in der SPS und die WORT länge war nicht richtig eingestellt
aber jetzt funktioniert es

ich denke es liegt an der Adressierung der PB Karte, in der SPS hab ich zur zeit 3 Adressiert und die Internal Slave Einstellung hab ich momentan auf "NO" die sollte wohl auf "Yes" eingestellt sein

Bin gerade dabei eine IRC5 Steuerung mit einer DSQC 352A Karte mit einer Siemens S7 per Profibus zu verbinden
doch leider bekomme ich den Bus nicht zum laufen
folgendes habe ich gemacht :
Das Board in der Roboter Steuerung läuft!!
GSD Datei in der Siemens installiert
Master/ Slave System in der HW Konfiguration erstellt
Adressen zugeordnet
Profibus Leitung angeschlossen ( wie müssen die Stecker angeschlossen werden? )
beim übertragen der Konfiguration in die Siemens Steuerung bekomme ich sofort einen Bus Fehler und die SF LED leuchtet
Ich habe gelesen das eine bin Datei irgendwo eingefügt werden muss?
ist vielleicht die GSD Datei nicht richtig? warscheinlich hab ich noch irgendetwas vergessen und falsch gemacht
wäre für jede Antwort dankbar
