IO-Config

    Hallo!
    Ich habe 10 Fanuc ARC Mate 120iC und möchte bei allen Robi die gleiche IO-Config reinspielen


    Aber wie ?? Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen ? Es geht um die Datei IOCONFIG.DG !!

    Wolf hat recht die IO-Konfiguration steht in der DIOCFGSV.IO. Bedenke aber, dass wenn du ein Bussystem (Profibus, Interbus...) ein Teil der Konfiguration auch in den entsprechenden Buskonfigurationsdateien stehen.

    Die Datei habe ich gefunden, brauch ich die Datei vom 1 Robi


    nur kopieren und beim 2.Robi wieder laden??


    Ich habe teilweise auch 2 ARC Mate 120iC mit einer Steuerung und zwei externe Achse


    Unsere Roboter haben Profibus-Slave Anbindung 255 Ein/Ausgänge


    sowie eine LINCOLN Schweißmaschine mit Netzwerk Anbindung

    Dir fehlt dann noch die Profibuskonfiguration...


    Ich persönlich rate von diesem Vorgehen mit Dateikopieren ab: Du kannst viel kaputtmachen.

    Das Kopieren der Datei DIOCFGSV.IO und PROFIBUS.SV ist problemlos möglich (mache ich immer), beinhaltet aber ein Fehlerpotential, da du wie Wolf sagt auch viel kaputt machen kannst. Du solltest also wissen was du machst.
    Ich vermute aber dein Problem ist nicht die Konfiguration (Zuweisung der Rack, Slot und Startnummer) sonder die Beschriftung der IO's. Dazu findest du einiges im Forum (Beschriftung der IO's mit Roboguide, Karelprogrammen, PCDK oder über die Ethernetverbindung wenn du die I-Pendant Plugin's geladen hast).

    Zum Beschriften gibts im Notfall ein kleines Hilfsprogramm...
