Hi,

   I obviously have got some constants still wrong on VRS 1 control. If I try to move robot with Joystick I get error: Point unreachable. And if I try to change teach-in mode from PTP to LINEAR i get Error: Trajectory not valid. Does this have something to do with Tool Centre Point(TCP)? Btw does someone have VRS1 Programming manual in English?

Maybe the Robot is not Calibrated.

I dont think that the Erros has to do something with the Joystick.

Yes,

    This was the situation I had to "normalize all axis"(drive robot to zero position and zero encoder values). If I only had VRS1 programming manual in english it would be a great help.

Dont know where you can get an English Manual.

Maybe at the Manufacter ?

Try it at VW Wolfsburg.

I dont have keydisk, maybe SEF does? But I have a "workaround" for this. Make full backup of your files from robot to disk. Then edit parameter files on disk with PC and restore this modified disk to robot from floppy.
