Yoho everyone,

First of all, I dunno if it's permitted to post in english. But after searching whole net i only found german things about this robot. And my german isn't really good Smile i understand abit but typing/speaking isn't an option  Embarassed

Anyway for school i have to program this robot. And offcourse the school has nothing left from the robots except robot itself/drive unit/ cables and teaching box. No manual  nor software :s

I've downloaded the german manual that i found in someone's signature here Smile  thx for that

I have to put a webcam on the robot and do object recognition after he found the specific object he should move right above it and take it with his gripper and placing it to an specific location. I was thinking to program this in C++ or sth like that (VC++ dunno really).

thx in advance

Hi,

as you may know your robot is nearly 20 years old. Only a few people
work with this old machines.

Maybe some people here in this forum can help you.

Object recognition in VC++ is possible of course. But you should look
for another forum, if you need help with this.

I would separate the video and the robot task into different
subprojects and put them together later.

Greetings
